Pre-k teacher and CrossFit coach. While I received my CFL1 in 2023, I have been apart of the Unmatched CrossFit family for many years and love helping others improve their health and wellbeing! Outside of the gym, I enjoy traveling with my husband Connor and spending time with my dog, blueberry muffin!
